Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders between 2 - 5 working days of receipt subject to payment clearance and stock availability.
We aim to fulfil all orders from stock. If any item(s) cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time the customer will be notified of the likely delivery date and invited to confirm acceptance of this or be granted a reimbursement for the value of that item(s).

All orders over £100 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK

Refund, replacement and cancellation terms
Any faults or damage must be reported within 2 days. Any unwanted products carry a 7 day money back guarantee. Please email us for a returns number. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned items without a returns number. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds and exchanges will be subject to the item being returned to us in its original condition. That is, unused, all labels intact, and in its proper resalable packaging. A full refund will not be given if the item is not able to be sold again as new. The customer shall be held liable for the return of the item(s). A minimum charge of £10+VAT will be deducted from the the value of refunded items to cover our administration and postage and packaging costs. IQ Lighting will only refund the postage of returned goods if the item is faulty. Any returned special orders will in incur a 25% handling charge.
We insist a reputable courier service is used for all returns.
Subject to the goods being returned in their original condition, a refund will be issued, or an exchange will be organised. We will also be happy to refund the purchase price in full if the return results from a defective item.

All products conform to British standards.
All dimensions and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
Warranty
All products carry a 1 year warranty (with the exception of light bulbs).
In the event of a fault the product will be repaired or replaced depending on the fault that has occurred.
The warranty will be void if the item is considered to have been fitted incorrectly or been used in a manner not intended for the purpose supplied.
Exterior Light Guarantee Against Corrosion - All guarantees are against corrosion. This guarantee will not apply to products if installed in areas of salty or acidic atmospheric conditions.
Installation
A qualified electrician must install all fittings supplied. Any incorrect installation may result in warranty void.
We will not accept liability for any personal injury that occurs as a result of improper use or installation. We will not be held liable for any electrician charges that result from a faulty light fitting

All information shared with IQ Lighting is used to fulfil orders only and no information is shared with third parties. IQ Lighting complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation, and will treat all your personal information as fully confidential.

Our store uses encrypted credit card processing with HSBC for online transactions.
WEEE Regulations:
